NEWS

MAGNOTHERM  refreshed – our new website

Fresh design, new navigation, and lots of new content. We’ve redesigned our website to give you even better insights into our cooling technology, products, and industrial solutions based on magnetic cooling. We’re looking forward to your feedback! Feel free to send us your thoughts via email.

TECHNOLOGY

Further development of the ECLIPSE platform

Since its premiere at Chillventa 2024, we’ve continuously developed our ECLIPSE technology – the heart of our magnetic cooling – and prepared it for flexible integration into a wide range of applications: from food refrigeration and IT/server cooling to industrial process and space cooling.

ECLIPSE 2D– Now Available for Order

Our two-door cooling cabinet ECLIPSE 2D is now available for orders. This production model is designed for climate class 3 and temperature class M1 (+1 °C to +5 °C). For order details or questions, our sales team is happy to assist.

Product Portfolio Expansion – Island counter under testing

We’ve successfully integrated our technology into the new cooling island ECLIPSE TL, expanding our product range for clean, safe and quiet, food refrigeration. The top loader is currently in long-term testing, and we’ll share updates soon. Stay tuned!

PROJECTS

MAGNOTHERM builds Europe’s first magnetic hydrogen liquefaction prototype

As part of the HyLICAL project, we’ve built Europe’s first hydrogen liquefaction demonstrator based on our magnetic cooling technology – a major milestone on the path to establishing liquid hydrogen (LH₂) as a viable solution in the future energy system.

Why is magnetic cooling technology so vital for LH₂?
Because it simplifies the infrastructure, reduces investment costs, saves up to 30% in energy, and can be deployed in a modular and scalable way.

MAGNOTHERM IN THE MEDIA

We are especially honoured to receive the Start-up Innovation AWARD from the County of Hessen, with industry experts recognisingour cooling technology as the most exciting solution for process engineering and the chemical industry.

The BBC headlines “Why we need revolutionary cooling tech,” the IHK magazine Dresden reports on our cooling technology for hydrogen liquefaction, and the Rocky Mountain Institute explores how we as pioneers are shaping the future of solid-state cooling – and what role magnetic cooling plays.

EVENTS

POLARIS on Tour
Our beverage cooler POLARIS is on a roadshow of its own. As a real eye-catcher, it’s not just serving cold drinks at events like the Handel Digital Summit, the Initiative Wohnen, Frenger Systeme BV, the GEC, and FUTURY.

Want to see POLARIS in action? You can find all dates and information here.

MAGNOTHERM UP CLOSE

In the coming months, we’ll be attending various events, such as the JEMS Conference, InnoDay, Delft Days, and the Energy Congress. Will you be on-site to catch the latest trends and projects firsthand? Feel free to schedule a meeting with us. We look forward to seeing you!

As always, you can stay up to date via our social media platforms.

Warm Regards,
MAGNO Team
